WHAT YOUR TEEN STRESS PSA PRESENTATION SHOULD INCLUDE:
-  An Introduction (Talk about yourself)
-  A discussion of how stress affects specific parts of the brain
-  How emotional responses translate into forms of stress
-  Why it is important to learn the techniques to relieve stress
-  What can be done to relieve stress - what are the techniques (Mindfulness steps)
-  How controlling stress can benefit your overall well-being.
-  Closing

*ALSO, make sure to include GRAPHICS, DRAWINGS, VIDEOS and SOUND -- Essentially, any media that will add entertainment value to your presentation!

-  Complete the assessment
-  Identify a Career Field
-  Identify Potential Roles
-  What degrees/training/certificates will it require?
-  What are the main skillsets required?
-  What is the potential salary?
-  What is the potential job growth over the years?

Prepare to share your findings with another classmate, and answer the following questions:
-  How does your interest and skill set align to these potential careers?
-  What questions might you have for a person already working in this career field?

College virtual tour - find the school's official website/social media page(s); answer the provided questions; make a Google Slides presentation of the school and resources mentioned on the questionnaire document.

Students will research colleges (1. Assigned animation/art; 2. subject expertise the student chooses)
- answer handout questions, create a PowerPoint of findings to capture the highlights and key takeaways from your assigned school.  The goal is to share learning with another group and practice presentation skills.
