WHAT YOUR TEEN STRESS PSA PRESENTATION SHOULD INCLUDE:
-  An Introduction (Talk about yourself)
-  A discussion of how stress affects specific parts of the brain
-  How emotional responses translate into forms of stress
-  Why it is important to learn the techniques to relieve stress
-  What can be done to relieve stress - what are the techniques (Mindfulness steps)
-  How controlling stress can benefit your overall well-being.
