- Write in your journal about when you felt or observe fight, flight, and freeze responses in yourself and others during the coronavirus pandemic.

6. Art Therapy Activity

TASK:
Draw a pixel art-illustration depicting what it looks like when you feel anxiety/fear.
Draw another pixel art illustration depicting what anger and frustration may look like for you.
Draw a third-pixel art illustration of what you look like normally when you are satisfied, contented, and happy ;-)

7. STRESS VISUALIZED Mini-Project
*Design characters based on the specific negative emotions listed below. Then, for each character, imagine that you are more powerful and can defeat the bad effects of the character like a superhero would.

Write a few sentences explaining how you might deal with the character to stop it from wreaking havoc in the lives of people.
- Anxiety
- Anger
- Confusion

- Shame/embarrassment
Draw your character in a pose that suggests their intentions, purpose, or behavior.

8. Closing
- What songs help you de-stress?  What do each of these songs make you feel or think about?
TASK:  Create a playlist of 5-10 songs of your team's favorites to de-stress.
Find video links to each song on YouTube, to share with the class.
